Every missed call is money walking out the door.

Q: What percentage of missed calls are new customers?

For local service businesses it commonly ranges from 30% to 60% of inbound calls. Adjust the slider to your own mix.

Q: Do callers leave a voicemail when a business misses their call?

Most do not. The majority of callers who reach a business that does not answer simply hang up and call the next option, which is why a missed call usually equals a lost opportunity.

Most callers who don't get through never leave a voicemail — they hang up and dial the next competitor. Adjust the mixing board below to see what unanswered calls cost your business.
